These terms apply to anyone using growwithtbgg.com, including the Commercial Capacity Diagnostic, any digital products purchased through it, and any consulting engagement discussed or booked through this site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The diagnostic is a self-assessment tool based on the answers you provide. It's designed to give you a general read on your business's commercial capabilities and point you toward a relevant next step. It is not professional advice, and TBGG makes no guarantee about outcomes, revenue, or results based on your score or any recommendation it produces.
Digital products purchased through this site (including "Your Next Sales Hire") are processed and delivered through Paystack. Once a digital product has been delivered, it is non-refundable, except where required by law. Pricing for consulting engagements is agreed directly with TBGG and is not published on this site.
Some visitors are asked a short set of questions before being offered a call. This is to make sure the conversation is a good use of both parties' time. Not being offered a call does not mean TBGG cannot help you in the future, and you're always welcome to reach out directly.
Applications submitted through the Open Roles page are shared with the relevant client business for hiring purposes. TBGG does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or a response to every application.
All content on this site, including copy, the diagnostic itself, its scoring logic, and any downloadable products, belongs to TBGG and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
TBGG provides this site and its tools as-is. To the extent permitted by law, TBGG is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the diagnostic, or any product purchased through it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
