We collect what you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, business name, and answers to questions on our contact form, our Commercial Capacity Diagnostic, our newsletter signup, and our Open Roles application form. We don't collect anything beyond what you choose to share with us through these forms.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a consulting engagement is a good fit, send you your diagnostic results, process applications for open roles, and, only if you opt in, send occasional updates by email. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Some of your information passes through tools we use to run the business: Formspree (contact and newsletter forms), Paystack (payment processing for digital products), Tally (job applications), and Calendly (booking calls). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
We keep your information for as long as it's useful to the purpose you gave it to us for, for example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter, or for as long as we need it to support an ongoing engagement or application.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing us. You can also unsubscribe from any email list using the link in that email.
