About TBGG

Businesses are built every day. Fewer are built to endure.

Across Nigeria and much of Africa, ambitious businesses are solving meaningful problems, creating jobs, and opening new markets. As they grow, the demands placed on the organisation change: leadership gets more complex, commercial decisions carry more weight, teams expand faster than the structure meant to hold them. TBGG exists to help businesses prepare for that stage, deliberately, rather than by accident.

What We Do

We build the commercial capabilities behind a business, not just a team on top of it.

We partner with founders, business owners, CEOs, leadership teams, investors, and commercial leaders to build the capabilities that let an organisation grow with clarity, stronger execution, and long-term confidence.

Our work brings together strategy, talent, systems, performance, and revenue into one integrated approach, because sustainable growth is rarely the result of a single capability. It's the outcome of a business deliberately built for the stage it's entering next.

  • We start with what's actually true

Every engagement begins with understanding the business before recommending anything, your commercial objectives, your current operating reality, and what's actually standing between where you are and where you want to be.

  • We build the function, not just advice

The actual strategy, the actual team, the actual systems, designed around what your business specifically needs, not a template applied from the outside.

  • We stay close while it beds in

We don't build something and disappear. We stay close through the first stretch of running it, watching what's working and adjusting what isn't.

  • We leave it running clean

The measure of the work is whether it still holds once we're not in the room, regardless of who's running it day to day.

TBGG came out of years spent inside commercial growth, sales, and talent, watching the same pattern show up again and again. Different businesses, different industries, different ambitions, and yet the same underlying strain: leadership stretched across bigger decisions, teams growing faster than the capability to run them, sales expected to produce revenue without the systems or leadership behind it to sustain it.

I didn't have an easy start in sales myself, and neither did most people who were coming up around the same time. Most of what we learned, we learned the hard way, through trial and error, without much guidance built for the market we were actually selling in. I don't think the next generation of Nigerian salespeople should have to find their footing the same way.

That's the fuller shape of why TBGG exists: to help build the businesses themselves, and to help build the commercial careers inside them, so fewer people have to learn this the way I did.

If this is the stage you've reached,
